My daughter was seen at this office and the experience was wonderful. We have seen Mary Cummins and Dr. Kois and had great experiences both times.
Definitely the worst Novant experience I've had. The nurse practioner I saw was fine, no complaints really, but the wait time was ridiculous for a first am appointment and being the only person in the waiting room, I waited 30 minutes from an 8am "appointment" until I was seen at 8:30. The office was very old and not clean as well as the incompetent office staff are why I would give a 2 out of 5 stars. It took the staff a week to call and tell me I had melanoma (I saw the date on the pathology report) and then 3 days for the office staff to fax my records to a surgeon so I could schedule an appointment for excision. I called every day sometimes twice a day because I was 5 months pregnant and a nervous wreck. The staff kept saying "so and so is in meetings and can't get to it." Thats is not an excuse in my opinion. It takes 5 minutes to send a fax.
They were extremely slow. The lady at the front desk was nice but I sat in a room for over an hour waiting to be seen it was ridiculous. And I'm a pretty patient person.
I never write reviews (good or bad) but felt after I was so apprehensive about my appointment yesterday due to the reviews, I needed to. The receptionist Naomi was extremely nice and pleasant. My appointment was with the PA Mary. Mary seemed very knowledgeable and spent time to answer my questions. I would definitely go back to Mary in the future.
Great experience! Staff was very friendly. They got us in and out in probably 20 minutes. I was very impressed and thankful for the tips they gave us to help my toddler with eczema. Would definitely recommend:)
