I have a feeling that Dr. Quist cares more about when I am coming back rather than how to help me treat my injuries or how to avoid them. I played soccer and turned my ankle couple of times and I asked him how to avoid the injury but he didn't give me an advice. Later I found out that there are sophisticated ankle braces that are very effective in preventing ankle sprain. He was very happy to charge me $350 for a walking boot, which I never thought would cost that much. The ankle braces that I bought from a sports store is 10 times better than the wrap he put on my ankle. BTW it took him about a minute to put on the wrap, and he charged $35. Needless to say I am now going to a different orthopedic doctor and the experience has been so much better.
