The rudest staff I have ever encountered. There is a hideous beast of a woman running the desk who rudely shouts commands to patients. Claiming how busy and booked up they are with only one other person in the waiting room. Disgusting behavior.
I waited 5 weeks to get an appointment with Dr. Robles. My husband was a victim of a violent crime. He had been shot in the head, and suffered a concussion and a tramatic brain injury. While waiting in the exam room for the Dr., we were told by his nurse that he was refusing to give treatment to my husband. He did not want to get involved, do to the fact there would eventually be a criminal trial for the person responsible for shooting him. What my husband is suffering through is tramatic enough, but to go through, the insincere, blatant lack of care by Dr. Robles broke me into tears. At the very least Dr. Robles should have had enough integrity to come into the exam room and explain his concerns to us in person, instead of treating us with the utmost disrespect.
Honestly, I was nervous after reading the other reviews but I had a great experience! The office staff was very nice and helpful. Dr. Jung was down-to-earth, and informative. He took a lot of time answering my questions and explaining things. Super personable and equally smart. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
