Ps ladies in the office are sheer gold!

It is a great school it currently has a Elementry, middle, and high school. The teachers are nice with NC best teacher of the year awards for teacher from many grades, it has French and Spanish for their languages. It has a national drama champion Cody Willits as the drama and dance director. It is a wonderful school with clean grounds and a great faculty.

It's not for everyone. My middle child is there and has an iep and this years teachers are not always following it. It's a battle. Some of the teachers use schoology for everything, some barely at all and still pass out papers ., not consistent! And confusing, the most school communication is advertising fund raisers instead of " hey Johnny needs some help with his decimals" ECT.

Great overall experience. Teachers truly care about teaching & school spirit & involvement is great. Could use more diversity, in which I commend the school for their commitment to students/staff to make this happen.

Being fully transparent my son was assaulted this year in the locker room, after the boy that " should not" have been in the locker room admitted to it. He was suspended only 2 weeks. So we pressed charges with the local police and he is going to trial.

The new principal is wonderful but learning the school. As in when they offer tutoring after school it's NOT. Always with their teacher. And a working lunch= doing work at lunch in detention with kids that are being punished.

Ordered the filet mignon. A little overcooked. Breadsticks were great though.

My past experience was great, oldest graduated.

There was and has been 0 supervision in the locker room. And I have found others that this happened to weeks before my son and when the other mom called the counselor promised there would be.... still isn't!

Leave you say? Nope. I helped build this school. The school is for the kids. We will make it work for us! And leave it a better place.

I love this school. I put my son Parker McRellan in this school because he wasn't a good enough athlete to play Sports at a public school. I'm happy to report that it is senior year and he is a star athlete because Charter sports don't really count!! Also, he wore sunglasses at night to prom and is one of the coolest kids in his grade. You could say he is the Hannah Scott of charter boys. I would rate 6/5 if I could.
