I have one child who is Autistic and one who is a 17 mo old. Both of my kids love it here. And the staff take the time to understand my child with ASD and are patient with him.
Kid Time has been a life-saver for my wife and I. We moved to Charlotte having no family or friends here yet, and our two-year old daughter has a blast every time. Our daughter wears cochlear implants and the staff have had prior experiences with other children that have helped our daughter feel included and understood. On top of having wonderful staff, the prices and location can't be beat.
It is rare that you find such people with honesty and integrity. I lost my wallet and went to back track my steps to find it. I was looking frantically in the parking lot in front of Kid Time. I had almost given up when one of the Kid Time employees noticed that I was looking for something and ask my name. When I said Doug she ask if I had lost my wallet. She returned it with all the contents including my cash still inside.
My husband and I have a hard time going on dates nights because our 2 year old does not adjust well too anyone other than us and his grandparents. Well, we crossed our fingers and took him to kidtime along with our other son so that we could have a date night...He had a blast! He didn't want to leave when we came to pick him up, which is unbelievable! The staff was so great and caring. Cheers to more date nights! Thank you Kidtime!!
