The room was clean but outdated with old cabinets. This room was pre-paid by the company. I had requested a 2 bed suit and was only given a single bed. When I requested to change the room they said it couldn't be done. Just disappointed
It was a great stay. The suite was nice for our adult son to visit. Also, the upgrades are very nice. It's very convenient. But best, the employees are fantastic. Our room was cleaned very well. The breakfasts were good with variety. We will return twice a year.

The room and check-in process were great, nice and smooth. Clean hotel, smells nice and offers late check out (amazing)! Great hotel for groups.
Par for the course for a Marriott property. We had our 2-room suite for just one night passing through to Hilton Head, so we didn't exact settle in. The hotel itself is situated in what appears to be a business park, so the front entrance and drop-off does not face parking lot. Not a huge issue of course, but different. The kids off course wanted to swim, but be ready that it is an outdoor pool, so winter months might be a no-go. Breakfast was very accommodating. I've done thousands of these Marriott mid-tier breakfasts and the food is all the same, so service and cleanliness is the differentiator. I'm not sure the woman's name, but there was the most delightful person running what is ultimately a self-serve area. With three kids it can be a juggling act and she was quick to jump in and help out played together for me while my wife was still in the room getting ready to leave. It's the little things like this that keep us loyal to Marriott properties.
