Door to the room is broken and doesn't shut well. Ugly repair work on second floor. Beds bouncy. Old and broken vending machines. Breakfast was good but didn't start on time. Not very clean, even saw a couple bugs. Not worth the money by far. Will stay somewhere else next time.
The staff was incredibly nice and it was a perfectly fine stay for an overnight trip. I did have to wipe a bit of toothpaste residue off the bathroom counter when we first arrived, which is something I wouldn't normally expect at a hotel, but everything else was clean and tidy and I'm not the sort to make a fuss about something small. There is some renovation going on but it didn't impede our stay in any way.
This is one of the best and most affordable quality motels I have ever been to. The breakfast is awesome and opens at six on week days. The room service is every three days. No pool but you can use the best Westerns pool down the street for free with your room card! There are very nice LG TV's! And super comfy beds! The only concern I think I have is that the comforters on the beds are so thick the you could sweat even with the AC on 60° all night..... Thanks so much Quality Inn for an awesome stay!
Stopped to get a break from driving overnight. Brought our dog. Everything was easy
We had Spiders in the room one was n the bed and behind the nightstand. Shower curtain rod was broken. Feces in room by nightstand. Called front desk Rodney was not helpful never called back against complaints. Gave us towels/wash cloths that housekeeping use to clean with this was what he told us verbally. Check out day asked for manager was advised she doesn't work except for certain days only for a couple of hours.
