Finally after 9 months the issue got resolved and my insurance company paid due to the facility.

Long wait to check in. Desk staff very rude and unfriendly. They do not treat you in a welcoming manner. They act like they are bothering you. Any phone call will take about 20 min to get a person, if they put you back on hold, it will be another 20 min. Don't go here unless you have to.

Worst medical office I've ever been to!

I work in health field and can be pretty tolerant but this place is awful.

I was looking up the number to the office to make a call - I needed to make a follow up appointment and could not believe the horrible spate of reviews here. These are very good doctors and a very good and friendly staff in my experience. My kids have had tubes installed in their ears here and everything was great (same doctors, though at the former office). Recently, I had surgery to correct a deviated and perforated septum. Dr. Weigel and staff always saw me right away, were friendly and very competent. Do not hesitate to visit this office.

Declined will never go back.

Waited weeks to see specific Dr. Appointment was rescheduled with out telling me no apology. Never saw Dr that I had specifically waited to see, was shuffled from room to room saw PA for few minutes. I called to talk to office manager about issues took her weeks to call me back. Offered to schedule me with the original Dr I wanted.

When you visit , expect some error on claim submission, they dont submit claim properly under right code. My insurance provides coverage for all illness with no exclusion for eye related illness. My little one was referred to this facility by her pediatrician to diagnose the eye duct problem. They incorrectly submitted claim to my insurance. I was surprised when I received the bill after 6 months ! Its been 5 months, I have been working to resolve this issue. they dont answer the phone easily, you have to wait at least 30-40 minutes and in the end they will promise to call you which they never do. My insurance company tried to conference with them , as usual they didnt answer the call.

Their only interest is making money. Charged insurance over $400 for a standard eye exam which left me with $150 in personal responsibility without explaining any of the procedures or costs in advance. Also tried to sell me glasses for over $200 when all my prescription calls for is low level readers.

In short , they dont care about the customer , they dont make any efforts to resolve the issue.
