The director of this place was just walked off the propert for stealing money after only 4 months on the job. They had people they refused to properly train working as med tech, against their wishes/protests. 6 people have died in the last 2-3 months there. The activities director from 3 months ago was escorted off the property also after leaving a feeble patient standing alone; she fell & sustained injuries. This is all documented information from employees. I say this to say, check your resources. Google reviews can be manipulated unlike Yelp and independent health sites. If you want to go with Carillon maybe another one of their locations is a better gamble but this place needs to be shut down.
All these reviews are false and I would recommend reviewing glass door and yelp where these reviews cannot be erased or altered. Don't be fooled this facility is horrible!!!
My mother has been in the Memory Care unit at Carillon for 2 months and we are very happy with the care she is receiving. The staff and administration go out of their way to accommodate her needs and our wishes. I would highly recommend this facility.
