Terrible customer service from regional manager. Filed a claim after car wash destroyed front license plate, and he was extremely rude on phone call not acknowledging the damage when pictures were taken as part of claim at site.
What car wash can you pay 5.00 dollars for and receive good customer service? I purchased the express wash and it did a great job on my car. Beware the car wash will be pretty rough on your antenna if it is highly exposed. Free vaccums are a plus.
3rd time going here, 1st time when they first opened was great, past 2 times they don't seem to care as they did when first opened. I purchase the 15.00 wash and noticed it had no tire shine at all on tires. Mentioned to young man that comes around that I had some sort of spots left last time and this time and he suggested Armirol, that they sold it inside. I shouldn't have to pay for something else your machines possibly left.
Great experience. Ride thru then wipe your car down and vacuum interior... Even has a bonus wash with 4 days..
Been a monthly member now for 2 years. Vacuum had a screw in the head which damaged my seats. Attitude was its my responsibility to check the vacuums are cleaned. Customer service won't return calls. Following this incident, each time I now check the vacuum head and each time it had debris in it. Employees don't routinely check so its the paying customers that have to clean equipment as well.
