Took my BMW for a wash yesterday at this location .. I selected the highest overall $25 package and my car was still dirty..i didn't notice til I drove off.. they didn't use wet towel to wipe my seats , still had dried spill milk on it..,candy rapper under the mat which was visible from just looking at. The package came with free air freshener.. which they forgot..I had to remind them. On top of that I tipped $4. I was soo disappointed after seeing my back seat, I took pictures to go back to show them but I ain't got gas for that..
I've been going here for over 2 years and always had a great experience. Very friendly service also.

Auto bell has gone down hill. Paid for managers special for 34.00 dollars and it came out like I ran it through a gas station car wash. Guys paid little attention to detail. Had to ask them to clean inside again. There was more guys on there phones and goofing off. THERE IS A REASON WHY I SWITCHED TO SAMS CAR CLEANING. used to be better. Disappointed.
Was a rocky start as one of the employees did not fully clean my truck but a manager (Davis, super nice, super professional)came out and got everything cleaned perfectly.
Sometimes they do a good job and other times not so much.
