My wife and I are raving fans of Russ and Tim at Maestro Travel. We have used their services for personal and business trips and their service and suggestions have been great. Recently made a last minute call to see if I could get on a earlier flight home from Vancouver. Tim didn't hesitate and quickly communicated my options allowing me to make a quick decision.
I have had countless wonderful travel experiences thanks to the team at Maestro Travel! They have coordinated Disney trips, cruises, European Land tours and River Cruises. All of them have been magical experiences with every detail handled for me. It's hard to pick my favorite trip, there have been so many. I highly recommend them - they are friendly and very knowledgeable and can truly help you take a trip of a lifetime!
Tim Stein has put together several trips for us. He's been to so many places and has personal experience behind his recommendations. Every time we've gone somewhere on a trip he's put together we've had the perfect accommodations. He will put together a trip that includes sightseeing and group tours if that's something you want to do. He makes sure that you know he's available to speak with you while you're on your trip should something unforeseen occur. Even though I could book trips online by myself there's nothing like the personal touch that Maestro Travel provides.

Wow, I have to totally disagree with the previous negative comment made 5 years ago about Maestro Travel. Thanks to them, our dream trip of a lifetime - a 12-day Cruise & Land Excursions in Alaska, far exceeded our expectations. We dealt with Marie and she could not have been more helpful and attentive if she tried. She was professional, and very detail oriented every step of the way. Whenever we had questions or concerns, she’d go above and beyond to make sure we understood our options and choices. She took care of everything from our flights, necessary documents needed for cruise, got us great rooms on the ship and made sure that all (and we had many) excursions were taken care of. All we had to do was pack and go! I would not hesitate to use Maestro Travel for all our future trips and I have encouraged others to do the same. Thank you Maestro Travel for helping make our dream trip come true... we’ll never ever forget it!!
