Had our dog groomed today and they did a great job. My puppy looked awesome. They would have got 5 stars but the reason for the 3 stars is because they told me 70$ for full service. It ended up being 84$ total because of some "dematting". She gets shaved down so cut the knots out. I was charged for 2 of these dematting fees 7$ each. Why two? It's one dog. Made no sense to me. I asked about the charges and they just blew it off. I know it's only 14$ extra dollars but they should have warned me that there may be an extra charge, but nope. "It's the principle"...Even though they did a great job cutting her hair, I will not be back there for grooming because I felt they stole money out of my pocket.
I have been taking my Shih Tzu to this Petco for 2 years now for his grooming appointments, and the staff is always polite and do a great job!
The sales floor staff was amazing. The were professional and friendly. I always go there because of this reason. Overall, excellent shopping experience.
Cafe was out of literally everything. Icees didnt work. Out of 3 types of sodas. Out of grilled cheese. Out of cheese for pretzels. So i settled on an dried out hotdog and hour old breadsticks.
Jim at the groomers did such an amazing job on our mini schnauzer! We are here from Naples because of Irma and needed a grooming appointment, we got Jim and I'm so thankful!! He did such an amazing job if we are ever back here I would go to Jim again!
