First time here. On my way home to Maryland and stopped by with my family and this is the BEST service I have had in a long time. The food was outstanding and the staff was courteous and polite. Monica and Ms. V gave us the best eating experience. Thank you Bojangles
Damn Damn GOOD chicken...WONDERFUL staff
The horrible staff trap you in the poorly designed drive thru line. This gives them more time to royally screw up your order as much as possible. After sitting thru the whole ordeal for 25 minutes I then had to go inside to correct the order. Was met inside by more horrible service and other customers who appeared to be waiting for hours. Assistant manager just wanted to make excuses vs just fixing their mistakes and then wanted to argue with me in front of other customers. After being held up at the location for 45 minutes I asked for my money back to which he just opened the cash drawer and threw some money on the counter at me, which still wasn't a refund. Then to my surprise there was half a cup of coffee grinds in the bottom of my cup, which I found out 20 minutes after leaving. This location is by far the worst I've ever been to and rest assured I won't be going back! When this store closes it will be worthy of a parade in town to celebrate.
The chicken bites could be cooked a bit longer. Seems to be chewy!
