My dad was with you all for rehab after a lengthy hospital stay. All he would tell us was how wonderful your therapists and nurses are! You all helped us get him back home in time for the holidays, and we truly appreciate it all. Will recommend you to anyone who will listen! Thanks again.
Complete lack of care. No protocol followed. After total knee replacement, I never was shown how to transfer out of bed, never helped to the bathroom. Never was given a meal without asking - always forgotten & told- there’s no food left. Wrong medications given 3 times- told to take them anyway. Don’t be fooled by the smiling faces & fancy plants. HOWEVER- the Physical Therapy is excellent & I would HIGHLY recommend them
I have been extremely impressed with the Huntersville Health and Rehab Center. The place is modern, clean and well managed. The therapists have been fantastic and have taken a sincere interest in working with my father-in-law. They care about him as a person and it shows in the way they treat him – and my family. The nurses have also been great to him and take pride in their job. We’re fortunate to have this facility in the Lake Norman area!
My mother is temporarily in rehabilitation at Huntersville Health and Rehab. She has had a very good experience so far. The facility is clean. The physical therapists seem very capable in their field of work and are very good with her. She is making a lot of progress since her hip replacement. We've been happy with the nursing staff who are caring, attentive and professional. One CNA in particular, Nicole, handled an accident with my mom with the nicest attitude and greatest professionalism. We were so impressed with her kindness. Overall, we have been very impressed with this facility.
My mother received excellent care with her stay Huntersville Health and Rehab. She had surgery on both her knees. She was nervous to go to rehab but the staff made her feel welcomed. Loved the the therapy department. I would recommend the therapy program to everyone. Thank you!
