A friendly professional staff plus good food at decent prices. Highly recommended!
Food is always good, but have to always wait for it be cooked. It is a buffet style, not ordering off a menu.
For the last 3 months I've been getting worse and worse service each visit today was the last straw. I work around the corner and go here a lot for lunch. Today when I walked in there were one person in line and 3 people behind the counter. I was like ok this should not take long. one of the guys takes me order then half way though taking it he walks away from me to go ring up a online order. Then both guys proceeded to have conversations with the gentleman and even give him a free box of chicken. Then he walks over to finish taking my order. As he grabs a box he stops and walks away and helps the first customer who is already being helped.at this point I've wasted 20 mins of my lunch at this location and had to leave with out food. Will not be back!
Never have ate here before. Was really disappointed they have no sesame chicken!!!! But says there a Chinese restaurant. Orange chicken here is really good the best I have had. All of there various entree items was empty except orange chicken and grilled teyaki chicken. It was big portions but cost me $20 for 2 people. I don't know her name but her customer service skills was absolutely horrible.
The worst service. I waited 25 mins to watch 4 people behind get their food with chow mein. That was all my already paid 25 min waited for meal was holding on. The manager on duty should have cleaned his glasses and stopped complaining that they were busy and saw that he had lost control of his shift by not being prepared to work.
