Horrible checkout. Waited 15 mins to purchase 2 items as a kid manager chatted up her young male cashier. I expressed my objection to her and she walked away blabbering that she was helping mark down a customer's items. Clueless and rude customer service as well as long lines and it's mid afternoon on Dec. 5th. Watch out for Rose the manager she has alot of thorns.
This store needs to have its management take a look at its cashier .
Jewery department needs more help the jewelry was all over the place.

The young girl that waited on my wife was texting on her phone before she would check out my wife's items and could only speak two words. whats happen to customer service and doing your job. please management check on your people to do there job.
