Extremely helpful staff that are informative and not pushy at all. Great experience choosing my first commuting bike.
I have become so jaded these days with the lack of good customer service that I now just go into places expecting to get bent over. I had a front derailleur issue that I thought was serious so I wanted a professional to look at it and I took it to Spirited (which I had never been to before). My experience with Spirited was awesome. Derrick took a look at it and found it was a cable issue and fixed it on the spot. I also picked their brains about some of the bikes I had been looking at and they were very knowledgeable and willing to talk bikes and local trails as much as I wanted. I love supporting local shops and this is one that has definitely won my business
Our experience was not great. A young, pushy, sales-oriented guy who seemed really interested in making the sale that day. We wanted to take the day to think about it, "but I won't be on tomorrow." Steered us toward more expensive bikes when it was clear we are novices. Sorry pal, we bought our bikes elsewhere. We like to support local, but this experience convinced us that the local shop down the street isn't always the best option.
These guys are awesome. Derek and the wrench guys in the back were a huge help when upgrading my bike this year. Learned a lot. They do great work. Aside from that, where else can you grab a beer and look at bikes?
Super nice and friendly. Spoke to Will about getting into a basic road bike, he was helpful and informative. They also have beers on tap and dog friendly. That's awesome.
