Very good food. A modern NYish feel with the decor and music. A great spot for a nicer dinner option. I will be going back.
They have some good rolls but they're not helpful ton people with Gluten allergies. They don't have GF soy sauce and don't have any fun rolls that are GF.
The quality here seems to have gone down hill quite a bit in the last year. We ate dinner here recently on a Saturday night and our tempura appetizer was cold. After sending it back, it was obvious that they just threw the cold tempura back in the fryer and gave it back to us because it was all greasy and falling apart. Aside from the disgusting tempura, the rest of the meal was a huge dissapointment (our standards had been set pretty high because we've had very good meals here in the past). Rubbery crab meat in our other appetizer and chewy not-fresh-tasting salmon in the sushi rolls. Seems like there are some serious issues going on in the kitchen. We will never eat here again, and judging by how empty it was on a Saturday night I don't think we're the only ones who feel that way.
Eh. Customer service was seriously lacking. We were literally the only people in there and the sushi chef had to alert our waitress that we were ready to order because we had been sitting there so long it was obvious we were ready. When I asked for a recommendation and told her what I generally liked, she said everything was good. No help. The sushi was alright. I felt that it was overpriced for the quality of the food. Unfortunately, a lot of the sushi places in the area close between 2:30 and 4 so this was one of our only options.
